Driver who Committed Road Traffic Offence and Accumulated 12 points Keeps Licence.

This driver had a number of different offences, including speeding and other road traffic offences, all of which carried 3 penalty points each. The driver was represented before the Magistrates by Millicent Dooher. With 12 penalty points this driver should have been disqualified for 6 months, however Millicent was able to convince the Magistrates not to disqualify the driver at all.
