Taxi driver escapes revocation at Committee Hearing following numerous complaints

Millicent Dooher represented this Private Hire Driver before the committee hearing following a number of complaints, including aggressive behaviour.

Millicent was able to persuade the committee to deal with the driver by way of suspension rather than a revocation, with assurances of additional training being undertaken.
